Summary:
When our family relocated from Pittsburgh, we knew we wanted a new home in a great neighborhood. However, we knew nothing about this area and we had never owned new construction.
Jim and Joan went over and above to help us learn about the area and find our new home. They were so patient with us and really helped us navigate through the process of choosing a new hometown, selecting a great neighborhood, and figuring out which new construction home would fit our needs the best.
Leaving Pittsburgh was a big deal for our family and Jim and Joan made it so easy for us. We love our new hometown, our new neighbors, and our new home; we could not have asked for anything better! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Summary:
Jim displayed his impressive knowledge of the local market the very first time my wife and I sat down with him. He accurately priced our house at a price I thought was fair and was then sold in a very timely matter. While searching for our new home, Jim was great in promptly setting up appointments for us to view houses that included our needs and wants. We found and bought our dream home and owe much of it to Jim and his wonderful partner, Joan. Jim is really a pleasure to work with and made what can be a stressful process into an extremely smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Jim and will refer him to my friends and family in the future.

Summary:
Jim was wonderful in advising us on the sale of our home and the purchasing of our condominium. He was very approachable with my many questions and concerns. He was generous with his time in all aspects of our transactions. He has since helped our son sell and purchase his homes (2010) and is presently working with our other son on finding a new home (2011). We consider him "one of the good guys" and a friend.

Summary:
We relocated from England to the Cleveland area in 2004. Jim & Joan assisted us with the purchase of our home. In 2010, a relocation opportunity presented itself. Jim and Joan assisted us in selling our home. We were very pleased with the personalized care and attention we received.
