Speaking of BUYERS, if you are contacting a listing agent to inquire about a home, that is about the BIGGEST MISTAKE you can make. ALWAYS FIND A BUYER'S AGENT before inquiring about individual properties.  Go ahead and hire another agent…it doesn’t have to be me.  Just make sure that you have someone working for YOU.  IT'S FREE TO BUYERS.  It's a fact that the sellers pay for the entire cost of the real estate commission, and will get the majority of the benefits (why not, since they are paying for it).  The seller and the listing agent have an established relationship and contract.

Both of my parents were Lithuanian. My Lithuanian heritage has taught me to be frugal.
