Real estate sales in the Aurora market have improved dramatically since our report 3 months ago:  

In the $150-300,000 range, the inventory levels fell from 19 months to 12 months.  

In the $300-500,000 range, the inventory levels fell from 15 months to 10 months.

However, Aurora real estate priced above $500,000 continued to suffer.  Inventory levels increased slightly from 58 to 62 months inventory.
