In less than 4 months, inventory levels for homes have increased dramatically. There is now a 10 month inventory of homes, as opposed to 6 months inventory in mid-November 2009. This is not unusual, as listings have increased and sales decreased over the winter months. While the homes priced under $500,000 had increases of approximately 3 months each, the same cannot be said for the Solon Luxury Home market. Inventory levels here increased from 12 months to 40 months.
